What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping address, city and country, and the contents of your order. If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are processed entirely by Paystack, our payment provider. Your card number, expiry and CVV go directly to them, not to us.

How we use it

• To fulfil and ship your order
• To contact you about your order, including payment follow-up when needed
• To respond to messages you send us
• To send occasional updates if you've joined our mailing list (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out. We use a single session cookie for admin login; it isn't used for tracking or analytics.

Who we share it with

Order and payment information is shared with Paystack to process payment. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.
